At 6:42 a.m., Bluesky’s service status page acknowledged the situation, mentioning they were “investigating an incident” and confirming that “some systems [were] down.”

In their latest update, the team noted, “We are starting to see some early recovery, but many users and services are still impacted.”

As we observe developments, accessing the site has proven to be challenging for some, with limited visibility, such as only seeing the Bluesky butterfly logo. Further insights are awaited from Bluesky.

UPDATE: As of 11:40 a.m. UTC, significant improvements have been reported, with the app and web appearing to function again, although some users may still experience loading delays.
