AI-driven robotic dog is evolving to ‘experience life’ like a human.

Luna is Swedish AI company IntuiCell’s interpretation of the robotic dog. While it shares a resemblance with earlier models, Luna introduces a unique feature: a functioning digital nervous system known as ‘physical agentic AI.’ Unlike traditional AI models that rely on pre-existing data to form knowledge, physical agentic AI enables robots to learn by experiencing and adapting to their environments—similar to the way humans and other sentient beings acquire knowledge. According to IntuiCell, these types of robots could be developed to explore environments on distant planets. Currently, Luna is in the process of mastering basic tasks under the guidance of a certified dog trainer, and IntuiCell aims to eventually apply physical agentic AI concepts to create human-like robots.
