Sonos prices are set to increase this year due to tariffs.

President Donald Trump’s tariff policies are presenting challenges for Sonos. These tariffs are expected to lead to increased prices for Sonos products in the U.S., as CEO Tom Conrad has indicated in a recent report. While specific details about which products will be affected and the extent of the price increases were not disclosed, it is evident that changes are on the horizon unless there is a shift in the current tariff approach.

“We continue to work closely with our contract manufacturers and our Channel Partners to share tariff costs, though it has become clear that we’ll need to raise prices on certain products later this year,” Conrad shared.

Sonos primarily manufactures its products in Vietnam and Malaysia, both of which will soon face higher tariffs. The impact of these tariffs has disrupted the pricing landscape for tech products since their introduction. Many companies in the gaming sector, such as Nintendo and Microsoft, have already adjusted their prices on older consoles and accessories that typically would have seen reductions.

As these changes unfold, it might be a moment to consider Sonos products, as adjustments in pricing may be coming soon.
