Season 2, Episode 4 Trailer of ‘The Last of Us’ Hints at Dina Facing Off Against Ellie

The Last of Us Season 2, episode 3 was a notably quieter episode following the emotional intensity of episode 2. However, based on the trailer for episode 4, it seems things are set to ramp up again. In the clip above, we are introduced to several new characters, and we see Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Dina (Isabela Merced) escaping from Infected through an abandoned subway car. At the end of the clip, Dina aims a gun at Ellie. Does this imply that Ellie has been bitten again, leading Dina to believe she may need to take drastic measures?
