Trupa Trupa, a rock band from Gdansk, Poland, draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of their homeland’s history—spanning the Holocaust, World War II, and the experiences under communism. Their music resonates deeply, inviting listeners to reflect on these lessons.

Their lead singer and guitarist, Grzegorz Kwiatkowski, is not only a musician but also a published poet and human rights activist. He often shares his insights as a university guest lecturer and is currently an artist-in-residence at Yale.
